I first encountered Hypnotherapy as something which I had an interest in after supporting others with mindfulness and reconnecting with nature. My first experience with hypnotherapy was transformative and has helped me with overcoming stress and anxieties. Our busy lives and the impact of juggling social activities, family, work and other commitments can cause us to lose focus of what is important. Hypnotherapy can help us refocus those things to bring about positive changes in our lives.
